Cold water swimming communities are thriving up and down the coastlines of the UK.

When the opportunity arose for us to create a short film with Julia Wingate, an award winning open water swimmer, we aimed to change the way we approached documentary. Instead experiencing the cold waters of Devon alongside her, as she guided us through her form of meditation. I lead the production and post production effort developing two concurrently experienced moving image works.
